  No matter how much you pay for an apartment, trashy people will still be there. As I am on the first floor in a corner unit I can seldomly use my porch due to the amount of dog crap outside my unit. If you are too lazy to pick up after your dog, don’t get one. Love going out for fresh air in the mornings, just to be greeted with 5 pounds of dog crap.

  The property management is horrible. Treats the tenants poorly and does not ivestigate issues. Reported multiple problems and nothing is done. Appliance break often, walls are thin and the noise from unit to unit sounds like there is no walks between them. I would never rent here and not just walk away but run. Horrible horrible horrible place

  I just recently moved in and the community is really nice and peaceful! Noel has been awesome in making the process as smooth as possible. Really happy with my experience so far!

  Just moved in on Saturday we love it here so peaceful and quiet Noel was so nice when He took us out for a tour And showed us the apartment Automatically apply for the apartment. It was so nice Inside.

  I couldn’t be happier with my leasing experience at The Southerly at Orange City. Noel R. has been nothing but nice and patient throughout the entire process. He worked with me every step of the way, walking me through everything and truly going above and beyond to make the experience smooth. Elisa L. was also wonderful to work with. She was kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire leasing process. The customer service from both of them made a big difference, and I really appreciate their help. I highly recommend this beautiful community and their leasing team. - Raymond
