It’s a magnificent place to live and to share the most wonderful experiences with our family. It’s a safe, peaceful, and beautiful place with great neighbors.
And the best part is the staff, both the administrative team and the maintenance team. They are excellent.
It is 100% recommended.
Haley is always willing to help with any question or suggestion. She is very dedicated to her work and professional in everything she does. Her coworkers are equally amazing.
Honestly, it’s a magnificent place, well located, and so far the best place I’ve ever lived.

I absolutely loved my apartment. It was small and quaint, the fenced in private yard was a bonus. Maintenance took care of a couple of things for me quickly and the office staff is amazing. I will miss my little apartment.
Definitely recommend this community.

I have had such a great experience here at Avilla! The move in process was such an easy process thanks to Haley! Maintenance is quick with any concerns. We are loving it!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Avilla. I just moved in a few days ago and Haley has been the most helpful with getting me set up. She answers all my questions promptly and is very professional. Maintence team is very on top of things and I love it here!!

Do you want to pay top $$ for a rental that faces a local startup garage scrap company? Do you like consistent power tools, banging and house shaking loud music ? Or are you just a fan of consistently getting broken glass, metals , and a plentiful of various screws and nails in your tires without management doing a thing ? This is the place for you! ( the only reason this problem was solved was because his lease ended).
Whether you’re trying to communicate with Management , or her higher ups, nothing changes. Because it’s simply, not her problem. Every email conversation I’ve had with her, has concluded this.
Interested in an apartment with a backyard?
They don’t advertise the actual yards of only weeds and poor drainage. With a backyard that is constantly flooded, you really don’t get to enjoy this feature.
With a (secure) gate constantly broken and left open, our (monthly amenities payment, WHICH IS ONLY A POOL) was full of non residents constantly, making it hard to use.
Dog park could be a nice incentive , it’s just hard to let your dog enjoy it when it’s a hazard of dog dung every inch of the park. When you try to walk your dog at night , you has to stick to main roads since the lighting around the community is AWFUL.
$50 additional smart home fee: it doesn’t work. It can’t connect to the WiFi. They don’t care. Pay them.
$30 valet trash: hit or miss. Either they take it or you’re stuck doing it in the morning, when the ants have infested in creating holes at the bottom which… may rip the bag if the valet trash people didn’t sling the bag to the side of your house.
Finally moved out of there and was called with a voicemessage saying they had a package for me and another for my wife. When we went up to get the package , there was a hole teared thru my package , like a large rodent opened it and the package inside it to inspect the item, and a non existent package for my wife.
