I was extremely impressed by her patience with my indecisiveness and her passion to help me. She exceeded my expectations. The staff is always the same when you go into the office. Very happy go lucky, friendly and professional. They have a lot of great amenities and community festivities to engage in month to month. Very quiet at night. I’ve never experienced that in a apartment complex before. They do not tolerate nonsense here. I appreciate that. I just wish I was able to get a balcony and more storage space.

From the most friendly and accommodating Management and team to the most efficient and effective Maintenance and Grounds Team. This place boasts of wonderful and convenient amenities located in the Club House area, alongside a well maintained property, nestled into an area where there is accessibility to a lot of much needed places. Their constant engagement with residents with all these planned activities and incentives are top-tier! Special mention to my leasing agent Celine, who has been absolutely awesome and always helpful from the start and made my transition into my new home smooth and easy. Also, to Brandon, the Leasing Manager, who is sure to brighten up your day when it maybe dim but most importantly, effectively communicates all pertinent information needed to ensure you’re living experience there is worthwhile. The maintenance team (all of them) are amazing and wonderful people, ever so helpful and pleasant. I absolutely recommend this place to be your home until you may choose to have your own home. 10/10.

Life is hard enough but with the exceptions, Open door policies and fast responses from Chris and Brandon has taken so much off my plate. The Open Communication that oasis at Lake Bennett has provided has been completely phenomenal. No VIP residence is left in the dark. I also truly appreciate the food trucks, breakfast for residence as well as 12 days of Christmas is provided to their residence.
