  We had such a great experience with Kris! He showed us a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. We absolutely loved the amenities and the overall feel of the community. We were a little unsure about having a door leading to the lanai from the second bedroom since it will be our nursery, but Kris went above and beyond to find us a unit that didn’t have that feature. That extra effort meant so much to us and really showed how much he cares about his clients. Thank you, Kris, for being so helpful, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process!

  Ubrea , specifically is such a kind and warm person. I have a lot of anxiety in talking to folks and asking questions as a software dev who works at home. Ubrea has such a kind and warm demeanor that is perfect . She is patient with each of my questions even the repetitive ones . It’s rare these days to feel heard and understood from customer facing roles. She is a standout in this area and I can’t compliment enough what a blessing she is in these types of roles where folks are nervous , scared or uncertain and large amounts of money are changing hands or are at stake. Thank you Ubrea!

  We had such a great experience touring with Kris! He showed us a 2-bedroom apartment and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The amenities are amazing . everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood also feels very welcoming, peaceful, and like a truly lovely place to live. Overall, it was a fantastic tour and definitely left a great impression. Thank you, Kris!

  We toured and signed our lease recently and I have to admit what helped sealed our deal was the tour we got with Kris. He really made us feel like we were already home, as much as we liked the apartment and the amenities, Kris was honestly the best part of the tour lol he really explained everything so well, showed us exactly what we were looking for and was a great company to have on our tour. We come from Orlando and that day we toured in total like 7 different apartments, and Saddleworth was by far the best tour we got, some other apartment complexes didn’t even showed us around the apartments and amenities just opened the doors of the apartment for us to go in by ourselves and thats it, and I think that is we’re Saddleworth stood out to us, in the way we were treated. Thank you Kris!

  Initially, I left a positive review because the person who assisted me specifically asked me to do so; however, I have now been living here for a year, and honestly, I can say that I have had some very bad experiences. The apartment is infested with cockroaches—they seem immortal—and although they charge you a fee that covers trash collection, pest control, and similar services, they haven't come to fumigate my apartment a single time in the entire year I've been here. I am counting the days until my remaining contract months are up so that I can leave. They provide you with a tiny trash bin for your waste; if the trash overflows or is placed next to the bin, they fine you—it must fit perfectly inside, or they won't take it. The pool has rules, but most people ignore them; they bring glass bottles of alcohol and smoke marijuana. Furthermore, they constantly cut off the water supply—for hours at a time—because there is always a broken pipe or some other defect in the facilities.
