  Buying a home is always a stressful experience. Working with Joe Lopez was very easy. He went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met when selecting the home and options. Even after we moved in, Mr. Lopez continues to be always available when we have a question or concern. Once construction started we were given constant updates by Mr. Dwight McCain (project manager) on the progress or delays and explanation of the problems encountered. At the time the home was being constructed we were living out of state, both Joe and Dwight made us feel comfortable on the quality of workmanship being utilized. Both of these gentlemen are professionals and very knowledgeable in their respective fields. We have also worked with Jeremy Johnson (project manager) who has also been very helpful. I feel very comfortable giving them a five star recommendation.

  Our introduction to Copperleaf Ryan Homes started with Joe Lopez the senior salesman. He is an articulate professional and was able to pin point our housing needs and provided the right insight for selecting our Panama home. A natural people person, Joe is easy to work with and is genuine with his responses. If he could not immediately answer several of our questions, he would soon have an answer that you felt was carefully researched and respectful of our concerns. My wife and I feel that we got a good house at a reasonable price. The project manager Dwight McCain was very attentive during the entire building process. The documentation of the land clearing, foundation work, interior and exterior landscaping was provided via photo circle pictures directly to our phone. This was most helpful as it eased the natural anxiety one gets when you are having a home built and you can't easily visit the construction sight because of distance. In our case, still living in Charlotte,NC was at least a 7 hour trip by car. Dwight is a good photographer whose pictures varied and gave dimension to the action during construction. Our closing project manager was handled by Jeremy Johnson with a broad experience in his field. He also provided the information and responses we felt answered our inquiries and concerns. Ryan homes would be wise to duplicate this team in their other locations.

  Definitely the best experience, from the first moment I visited the Ryan Home construction company, I knew I had found the house of my dreams, but the best thing has been working with professionals Caleb my sales advisor and Jeremy the builder of my house made the process a wonderful experience. Thank you guys!!!
