- NFNNeubs FlMar 18, 20263.0This isn't an RV lot. This is a mobile home retirement community. You buy the house and pay lot rent. The lot rent is one of the HIGHEST in the area. You can get the same or nicer community close to the Beach, like St Pete or Tampa for about $800 per month verses here which is $1100 at the cheapest. People are mostly wonderful.

- LSLinda StraightOct 13, 20251.0Started out fine, but within one year of my move in, my lot rent increased to greater than 33% of my DISABILITY income. And it keeps jumping every year. Come January, I leap from the starting rate of about $822 per month to $15 shy of $1100. Why? Well, I'm disabled and never going to pay to play golf (and ew, even if I could play, it's an elitist hobby, not a sport). They're gonna get that golf fee from me one way or another. Tried to talk to "Terry" about it (not sure I spelled it's name right, nor do I care), and the condescending tone, accompanied by repeatedly calling me DEAR was enough. Now, I just leave honest reviews. HUD guidelines indicate that no more than 30% of ones income be spent on housing. COVE DOESN'T CARE. So, I will never recommend this place, any Cove communities, to anyone, EVER. They are in it for as absolute much $$ as they can lift from your pocket!
