- GWGlenda WickwireJan 31, 20261.0Been a snowbird for about 20 years with that said it use to be a nice & kept up park but in the last few years it is over run with feral cats & ducks people feed them & nothing is being done done to stop them from feeding them. There is duck poop every where & some of the yards when walking by them smell so bad of cat pee. People or parking side ways on the driveway or on the grass mobile homes need up keep & some of the yards look like trailer trash. It was & can be a nice place again if the rental agreement it in forced.
