From the very beginning, both were transparent and communicative, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the process. I also worked with the title and mortgage departments, and they facilitated the mail-away closing seamlessly. Throughout the construction and finalization of the home, I learned a lot and truly appreciated everyone involved in making the journey smooth and stress-free.

Jon was extremely competent, efficient and quick at resolving any questions that myself and my husband had regarding the purchasing process. I've purchased many properties in the past but I have to say, the professionalism and courtesy shown by Jon and his team has been above and beyond by far. Since the home has been under construction, we have received weekly updates from construction manager, Jacob Robinson and he has taken the time to video calls with us to show us the progress on the home. Jacob has been very transparent with us and very helpful along the way. Thank you to Jon & Jacob for their efforts and making this dream come true for our family. I do not give 5 star ratings out to very many places, but Pulte group is nothing short of excellent.
