The HOA enforces rules in a way that feels unfair and discriminatory—immigrant and minority homeowners seem to get cited and hassled much more frequently than others, while similar issues on other homes are ignored. Instead of fostering a welcoming and supportive neighborhood, the HOA creates an atmosphere of intimidation and selective enforcement. (I got violations for signs but my neighbor across the street didn't) The leadership seems more focused on policing residents than on building community. If you value fairness, inclusivity, and equal treatment, think twice before buying here.
