  Professional Review – Pulte Homes We recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsey Cordle, Sales Consultant, and Jacob Robinson, Construction Manager at Pulte Homes. From start to finish, both individuals demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for our experience. Lindsey Cordle was not only extremely professional but also incredibly personable. She took the time to truly listen to our priorities and worked closely with us to ensure every aspect of the sales process reflected our preferences. Her clear communication, warm demeanor, and proactive approach made us feel confident and supported throughout. Similarly, Jacob Robinson exemplified excellence in his role as Construction Manager. His attention to detail and responsiveness were impressive, and it was clear that he took pride in delivering a quality product. Jacob remained attentive to our needs during the construction process, always ensuring that our vision was carried through with care and precision. Together, Lindsey and Jacob were a fantastic team—both active listeners who prioritized our wants and needs at every step. Their collaborative approach and commitment to customer satisfaction made our experience with Pulte Homes smooth and enjoyable.   I will be honest in saying that initially I was very hesitant to purchase/finance with Pulte. I spent hours doing research and looked at all of the reviews, forums, etc. I even brought up my concerns to my sales consultant Frankie Casiano. He reassured me that everything would go smoothly, but even so I had doubts. After going through the experience of purchasing, financing and closing with Pulte I have to say that everything went so smoothly. To add, there were minor issues with the house that were fixed before final closing. I had to write a review because there are far too many negatives and not enough positives. Everyone did an amazing job from Frankie Casiano our Sales consultant, Kristy Craig and Nicole Albertin who handled the loan process, Jack Purvis who helped to facilitate the walk through/closing, and the ladies at the title company at Del Webb Stone Creek! Everyone was truly efficient and pleasant. They made our whole experience with buying from Pulte a memorable, happy, and relaxing one. I hope others take the time to read this and it helps someone else in the future! (FYI Del Webb stone creek is not the area that we bought from but the place that we signed)

  My Pulte house is beautiful. My experience with Lindsay was amazing. She is great at what she does. Never felt like she was selling me house rather like I was shopping for my forever home with one of my best friends. The construction Manager Jacob was equally as amazing. During the final walk through for punch list his attention to detail was amazing. He saw things i would have never seen. He was very informative and great in educating me about my home and what everything was and actions that i should and would be taking as a home owner..

  I live in the neighborhood right next to this new development and they start working with a big excavator right behind the house before 6 am. It shakes the whole house and wakes everyone up. I have called them and left messages and they havent stopped. It's actually getting earlier each time. I understand they are working but to be running heavy equipment literally right on the other side of the fence at 5:45 am is crazy.
