I needed to leave the property because the very large and old trees were dropping large branches on the yard and the neighbors. The concern was my kids or dogs getting hurt or property damage. I advised them I was leaving, cleaned up, and turned in my keys. They then said I just left without notification. They did not let me discuss it or work it out and then send me to a debt collector for the additional month I was charged. Never again. By very careful and have everything documented and in written so they don’t get you.

When we applied for a rental home, not once did we feel discriminated against and he worked with us every step of the way. They’re quick to respond to any maintenance call and will send someone out as fast as possible. We received our full deposit and everything. Long as you give them their money on time and follow the move-out instructions, you will have no problems.
