  It was a beautiful house however the rental agency was not very professional. We rented the house for a year paying on time every month. When we were ready to resign our new lease they withdrew the offer and gave us 30 days to pack our house find a place and move out. I will never rent from this place again and I don't suggest you do either. No reason given. Now we are panicking trying to get the house packed trying to find a place. We had to borrow money from friends to be able to move . We both live on a fixed income . A disabled female legally blind 62 and a disabled veteran 50. They also sell you a package that comes with your rent $50 more a month all I ever got for that $50 was a filter every month they did nothing else for it.

  This review is long overdue. I am so thankful to have found Elady. God or the universe just happened to place her in our path and the moment we met I just knew she would be our realtor. Anyway Elady was very kind, patient and super knowledgeable. As first time buyers we were clueless with buying a house and how to go about the process. Elady was always available and ready to answer my questions and concerns, always available to go see houses that we were interested in. I keep seeing reviews on how wonderful she is and just can't seem to wrap my head around how she can be everywhere all at the same time! We never once felt rushed or pressured. We looked at so many houses and we finally found our forever home. Elady was right beside us every step of the way. She instantly became a speed dial on my phone. We have lived in our new home for 5 months and we are so happy. We are very grateful to have found Elady! Great expectations realty is very lucky to have such an amazing person on their team.   For the last 7 years Andrea has helped us with our real estate needs. She rented our house in Ocala for 4 years and took care of our property. Later on we decided to sell and there she was getting us the best deal in the market. Elady Fonseca one of her realtor then came to our rescue and found us the most beautiful condo in Pasco County. We are so happy with this organization and with love their integrity and professionalism. Great job Andrea, Elady Fonseca and the whole team. I recommend them with my eyes closed.
