  I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible team at Clayton Homes of Ocala. From the moment we walked through the door, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making our dream home a reality. Chris, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we were not only satisfied but truly cared for throughout the entire process. His leadership and personal attention made all the difference. Terry, our project manager, was a powerhouse—coordinating everything from permitting to infrastructure, including the septic and well systems. Thanks to his efficiency and expertise, our home was installed in record time. Jordon personally delivered our keys and walked us through every detail of the home, making sure we felt confident and comfortable. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. And Jody, our sales agent, was the first smiling face we met. His enthusiasm and sincerity inspired us to join the Clayton Homes family, and we’re so grateful he did. We feel truly blessed to have found this company and this particular store. Their reputation for exceptional customer care is well-earned, and we can personally attest to it.   I had been wanting to purchase a home for approximately eight years. I went to every mobile home lot in Ocala and ended up sticking with Clayton. I met Terry the first time I toured the homes on the lot and have stuck with him since then. At one point about five and a half years ago I put in an application, unfortunately the timing just wasn't right for me to be approved. I continued to work towards getting everything in order to try again. I went to the lot a few times throughout the years and kept in contact with Terry. I eventually started a new job and a couple years into that we tried again. Finally, my dream to be a homeowner came true. Terry was there throughout the entire process. He kept me informed of everything I needed to do and was always there to answer any questions I had throughout the process and trust me I had many of them. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. The process went so smoothly, and once I was in the home I had a few things happen and messaged him about them and immediately they were taken care of, even on the weekends he always answers. I would absolutely refer anyone to them for their home buying needs. I greatly appreciate all of his patience with me in this process. I am so in love with my new home.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Clayton Homes of Ocala! Buying our very first home was such a big milestone, and the team at Clayton Homes of Ocala made the entire experience better than we could have imagined. Terry, the project manager, was absolutely incredible — making sure every step after closing went as smoothly and quickly as possible. He kept everything on track and truly went above and beyond to ensure we could move into our new home and we had everything we needed in time to start this next chapter of our lives. Jody was also a joy to work with — they are both always kind, responsive, and willing to answer all of our many first-time homeowner questions with patience and care. Terry and Jody made us feel supported throughout the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks to them, my husband and I were able to get settled into our beautiful new home and prepare the nursery just in time to welcome our first baby this month. We’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you’re looking to buy a mobile home I can’t recommend the team at Clayton Homes of Ocala enough! Thanks guys!! 🥳🥳

  Thank you Clayton Homes of Ocala. I am so thankful for the awesome team we got to work with. My husband and I had looked at and visited so many home centers over the past few years while we worked on paying off the property we bought. We finally paid our land off and were ready to get our home started. After visiting so many dealers we knew what we wanted and walking into Clayton’s of Ocala were were greeted by Austin who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions, he also showed us a few models on the lot that fit the list of requirements we had. He sent us home with a ton of information on each home we liked so we could think about what we wanted to do. Austin was quick to answer my texts and phone calls and made the process of picking out our home easy. We were then assigned to project manager Terry who is just an all around great guy, he was extremely responsive to my many many texts, calls and emails. As a project manager myself I understand that not everyone’s schedules line up with what we want for our timeline. There are so many moving parts that are dependent on so many people to get things done. I really felt like Terry was advocating for us anytime we ran into a snag with the contractors working on the home his always calm demeanor is just what I needed when things popped up. The process can get frustrating because your so excited, and going into this I had absolutely no clue how much is involved, I learned a lot along the way, but I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank so much!!!!
