  Jeanne is absolutely amazing. I just moved into these apartments and my move-in was so smooth and well explained with the help of Jeanne. Upon entering the apartment it was exceptionally cleaned and prepared for a new resident which I really appreciated.

  Jeanne is absolutely amazing. She made my move so smooth in October and then just went out of her way to accommodate my boyfriend and his dad on their move. Would highly not only recommend Canter apartments, but definitely work with Jeannie.

  There are plenty of average apartment rental communities. Canter Living sets the bar for rental properties far above the rest. The office staff and maintenance are helpful, immediately responsive, courteous, and thorough; they follow up to ensure issued were completed with quality professionalism. Jeanne and Leslie are ever-so-welcoming and take time to tour and answer all questions. Micah, Tyler, and Jonathan are a maintenance team extraordinaire and, from results I've seen, take great quality in their contributions to ambiance and smooth functioning EVERYTHING! The building construction and outdoor maintenance enforces their policy for pet waste abusers, which is one of the reasons the outdoors smells and looks so clean The amenities from gated/safe community to digital access to screened in entryway to rubberized cabinet-bumping-silencers give the comfort and feel of a customized house The residents are compliant with grounds and clubhouse cleanliness so that the next person who used equipment has a pleasant clean experience Quiet times are enforced Shelving makes the bathrooms and closets expansive for putting more product Cabinets are ample and spacious Unit lighting, locks, and temperature can be controlled remotely Hardwood floors eliminate the issue of humidity and bugs attracted to carpet (and old carpet) Valet trash pickup and automated package delivery system make life so much easier Community members are respectful about sharing the tv's and have access to many channels Eaterys and malls are nearby Parking spaces are large and the dumpster well-located and has a compressor so that trash and boxes don't build up and attract wildlife The staff prioritize the comfort of their residents and arrange fun all-ages on-site events and regular food trucks are a nice surprise This is not an apartment; this is HOME. Thank you Canter Living Management for thinking of EVERYTHING to make time BEING AT HOME truly wonderful.

  I’ve been living at Canter for just under a year, and I can truly say I love it here. The apartment, the community, the location, and the amenities are all fantastic. There’s a genuine sense of community, and the resident events they host really bring people together. My job was recently extended for another year, so I decided to renew my lease. A big part of that decision is because of the amazing team. From the very beginning, Leslie and Jeannie have been wonderful to me and my family. The maintenance team is also outstanding. Even though I haven’t had many issues, the few work requests I submitted were handled immediately. The whole team is phenomenal. Thank you, Leslie, Jeannie, Micah, Tyler, and Jonathan, for making my stay in Ocala truly feel like a home away from home.

  We have two little ones so stuff happens! The property's maintenance team is reliably superb! Micah, Tyler, Xavier, and Jonathan are tremendously helpful and on point.
