For Commercial Clients we offer Asset Management, Budgeting, Leasing, and Tenant Representation. We have over 10 years experience managing a large portfolio of Medical, Retail and Office space in the Gainesville and Ocala areas.
Currently we are handling asset retention and disposition for both commercial and residential bank owned properties. For our distressed properties we have experience in assisting our clients with loan modifications.
