  Llevo casi dos años viviendo en este condominio y en dos años la piscina no se ha podido usar mucha foto pero una puerta cerrada la alarma al parecer tienen un pacto para q los fines de semana se active y no deje dormir a nadie de nada vale reportar las cosas q tienes rotas jamás la arreglarán el techo de mi cuatro se filtra y así lleva meses en esa situación las cucarachas son parte de este hermoso lugar ellas vienen incluidas con el apartamento nadie limpia los pasillos huele horrible pedí irme antes de tiempo porque ya esta situación es demasiado y te dejan saber q si no estás hasta el último día pierdes el depósito entonces tienes q estar en un lugar donde las condiciones son pésimas pagando una renta super cara puedo poner fotos de todo esto porque no estoy hablando sin base piensen antes de mudarse aquí

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Me and my husband moved here in February of this year. First of all by July 1st our rent went up to $2,000. Now here we are a few months later and we have BLACK MOLD in our apartment. We called the leasing office and told them we are moving out because this is a safety issue and we have our 5 year old daughter to think about. They told my husband since we’re breaking the lease we’re not able to get our deposit back. And Monica (works in the leasing office) tried to get my husband to sign an intent to vacate the apartment instead of getting the manager out to talk. She told my husband they would have to set up an appointment. I would not recommend staying here. A lawsuit will be coming their way

  Todos alli en la admistracion Excelentes personas, buen trato, respetuosos. No tengo nada que decir. El personal Adminstrativo encabezado por Yaina, Monica, y los muchachos de mantenimiento, con el.Sr. Carlos son bien buenas personas siempre tratando de solucionar. He vivido alli un año y de verdad super bien y tranquilo. Me gustó Gracias a todos por ser personas super amables.

  I’ve been living at Aqua 2800 for about 3 years now, and I can honestly say the property has come a long way since I first moved in. The transformation is truly impressive. Yaima, the property manager, has done an amazing job upgrading the entire property and turning it into a place residents can really enjoy calling home. The elevators have been replaced and are much more reliable, and new appliances are currently being installed throughout the units. Daniella is such a sweetheart. Every time I reach out to Daniella with a problem she always fixes it immediately without a doubt. There’s been a huge improvement in overnight security — the car theft issues that used to be common have dropped significantly, and having law enforcement living on-site provides an added sense of safety. You can really tell management has made security a top priority. The scent machines installed in the hallways and entrances are a great touch — they make the entire building smell fresh and welcoming. Yes, there are occasional waterbugs (which is normal anywhere in Florida), but there’s been a major improvement in overall cleanliness and pest control. Trash removal has also gotten much better, and the property looks cleaner than ever. Monica, the leasing manager, is super nice and always helpful when it comes to handling work orders or any questions. The maintenance team deserves a lot of credit too — Carlos, the head of maintenance, is extremely friendly and quick to get things resolved, and Brian has always fixed my work orders promptly and professionally. Yaima truly goes above and beyond behind the scenes to improve this property, often making sacrifices that most residents never see. It’s clear she really cares about the community. Also, I love that they offer the Flex program, which allows you to split your rent into two payments — it’s super convenient for budgeting. At the end of the day, you can’t judge a place by the few people who choose to destroy it or by old reviews from those who didn’t get their way. I encourage anyone interested to come visit and see the property for yourself — the difference speaks for itself. Overall, Aqua 2800 has made tremendous improvements since I first moved here. After 3 years and counting, I can confidently say the property manager and maintenance department continue to make meaningful upgrades to cultivate a safe, welcoming, and beautiful living community.
