  Tabitha was really helpful and nice, there was another woman who's name I didnt catch at the front desk who was also super nice and interactive with my young daughter which was super welcoming. Sheddrick originally helped us with our move in process and tour and he is great, super welcoming, and answered all our questions clearly. Maintenence is also really great and responsive which is definitely hard to find. My family and I love our new home at the sophia!

  Will (Service Manager) came by this morning and did a fantastic job of repairing / replacing a faulty window blind. Super helpful, professional and friendly. One of the great reasons my wife and I are so grateful to be a part of this community here at the Sophia. Thanks, Will.

  I think when you rent from any apartment complex there are always going to be things that need improvement around the community. However what I will say about the Sophia in comparison to other apartment complexes we’ve lived in is that when concerns are brought to their attention, they actually make the change. I can’t say that about any other places in this area. We’ve lived here going on 3 years now and brought up concerns about our upcoming lease renewal and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed in order to commit to renewing. I appreciate being treated like a person rather than an entity to make money off of, especially when this is our home and our livelihood. Thank you to the Sophia and staff for always listening and doing whatever is in your ability to make living here a great experience!

  I recently moved into The Sophia Villas and I can truly say from the start! FIRST CLASS service! My first phone call looking for a good place to rent in Florida; I encountered such amazing service I knew this was the place for me moving from California! When I arrived at The Sophia I was greeted by Shed who treated me like royalty! I knew then I made the right decision in moving here! I’m a travel nurse and I’m used to things being organized, Shed had everything I needed organized and ready to go! I didn’t have to wait for ANYTHING! He then escorted me to my villa gave me a tour and followed up with, if I need anything do not hesitate to call the leasing dept. Thank you Shed for your excellent customer service! A few days later, I met Willie the supervisor of service management who went above and beyond Willie displayed such exceptional excellence I can’t even describe. I had furniture delivered and I wasn’t aware that I would have to assemble myself. I telephoned Willie inquiring if he knew a handyman I could hire. Immediately Willie arrived at my place and assembled what was needed in such a short time. I offered to pay him and his response was I’m glad to help! This place is awesome! The grounds and amenities well kept! If you need anything, just a phone call away with excellent response time! I can truly say, I made the right choice! So look no further if you are looking for resort quality and atmosphere it’s The Sophia Villas! Thank you Willie and Shed for your amazing service!

  We recently toured this apartment complex and had a really great experience! The property is beautiful, and the tour was super informative, which made the whole process feel simple and stress free. Tabatha has also been amazing!! She's super helpful, quick to respond, and always takes the time to answer any questions we have. Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience so far and feel great about everything!
