- AAAnne AdamsFeb 8, 20264.0While great in location, concept, and amenities. There are important rules stated in the lease that are NOT supported by management. Front of units are messy with old holiday decor, sidewalks are taken over by large trucks that you will run into their tow gear, or just the truck in general. If you have a walker, stroller, or wheelchair good luck getting around these. Its a non-smoking yet you smell smoke from apartments while walking and you see cigarette butts everywhere. Great they dont have breed restrictions but there are MANY aggressive dogs that are not managed well by owners. Lots of potential, but in my short 5 months here its gone downhill as they pushing to fill census of the complex Big bummer, as I believe the rules make the complex enjoyable for everyone, by not adhering makes the complex enjoyed by a few.
