  We just moved into Gull Harbor, and the experience has been fantastic from the very beginning. Mike, our leasing agent, was absolutely incredible to work with. He made the entire process easy, kept us informed every step of the way, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We’ve only been here about a week, but the community has already blown us away. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming, and very pet-friendly, which we love. The kindness here really stood out right away. When we were moving in and had to carry a couch up four flights of stairs, a neighbor walking by jumped in and helped without even thinking twice. Another neighbor brought over soup since he knew how stressful moving day could be. That pretty much sums up the vibe here. It feels like a beach community where people actually look out for each other. The atmosphere is relaxed, positive, and honestly feels like you’re living on vacation every day. Huge thanks again to Mike for making our move so smooth. We’re really excited to call Gull Harbor home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Kory wonderfully holds the balance of her position. When talking with neighbors about Gull Harbor, Her name comes up frequently with such positive compliments so I just had to come here and share. She was thrust into her position just after the hurricanes and she did her best to keep us as informed as possible during a time of great uncertainty. It’s been a pleasure to have someone in the office who is organized and professional while also giving residents a sense of being cared for.

  Moving from NY to Fla was made easier with help from the office staff Mike, Ashley and Kory who answered my many questions and worked with my date changes and had my unit ready to move in and feel like I'm home! The people here have been so friendly, helpful and a welcoming community! The location is awesome, the unit is open and easy to set up to a 'beach vibe' and start living that beach life again. Easy beach access and so much close by to enjoy! Not to mention the 2 pools to use!

  I recently made a cross country move from Phoenix, Arizona to Gull Harbor in North Redington Beach, Florida this January, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. Michael was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was kind, professional, responsive, and made the transition smooth and straightforward. The entire team has been welcoming and helpful as well. The property is even better than the pictures suggest. At this price point, they truly do not do it justice. The gym is well maintained, the sundeck is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere feels peaceful and well cared for. I am very grateful for how seamless everything has been. Highly recommend Gull Harbor.

  I’ve lived here for over a year, and love being across the street from the beach. My only major complaints that I want to warn prospective tenants of are communication and overall upkeep of the property. Water gets cut off frequently, and management communicates via email with hardly any notice. Supposedly these are for emergencies (hence the 5-minute warning email), but it is doubtful that emergencies occur this frequently. Management has the ability to send text messages, but they don’t. One time, my water was not turned back on and Gull Harbor’s after hours emergency maintenance number was not working. The grounds are in desperate need of landscaping, walkway lightbulbs are burnt out all over the complex, there aren’t adequate pet waste stations, etc.
