  Elissah and Rachel at Hadley Apartments were amazing! Their customer service was exceptional. Both were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help. Such a great experience!

  Update: The manager reached out, hoping I would update this review. The below comments reflect my experience touring then applying to The Hadley. The community is beautiful with a great choice of amenities and has an awesome manager. The application is far more invasive than for a typical rental and is the reason for the 1 star. They want your income tax returns for 2 years, which is usually only needed for self-employed or business owners. It may be legal for them to ask, but I would never provide tax docs to an apartment rental company. If you are ok giving up personal financial information for an apartment rental, it is a lovely community. Previous review: I recently had the pleasure of visiting this unique villa community. It is beautifully designed and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. What made the experience exceptional was meeting Ashley, the community manager. She was incredibly proud and happy to show us the community. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were valued future residents. Her positive energy stood out, and we decided to reserve a unit. Unfortunately, we were passed on to another team member with minimal communication skills, but who managed to be condescending. In my opinion, Rachel was unwilling to listen to our concerns about the leasing process, which turned out to be like buying a house, asking for tax records and bank statements, which is more invasive than our past 3 rentals. When she finally called, she did not even know my name. IMO, maybe if she had toured with us, she would have shown more interest in working with us. The exceptional customer service had ended, we no longer felt welcome as future residents at The Hadley, and we canceled the application.

  Elissah was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire tour. She answered all of our questions with ease. She helped us find our perfect unit and we even ended up applying right away! Beautiful place and amazing staff!!

  I recently had the opportunity to stop at the Hadley property located in North Port, Florida. I was greeted by Elissah, a kind outgoing and highly proficient individual. After a short period of time with our introducing ourselves in a very beautiful, welcome Center, we proceeded on a tour via a fantastic golf cart. And the tour began, With details showing the beautiful community, stopping at the model villa, which was absolutely beautiful. Decorated professionally with warm colors, along with beautiful furniture pieces, that I certainly would love to have in my Villa home. I absolutely fell in love with the place. Compared to other apartments in the area, I found the villa to be ideal for my needs seeking more privacy and a backyard that I would be happy to place my patio furniture. Bedrooms were spacious especially the primary bedroom and the kitchen reminds me of my previous home. Our tour wrapped up with walking through the community building where people could congregate with others, or if I wanted to go into the singular private office to work with a view of pool, I would have my office there , every day of the week. The pool was like being away at a spa at a resort hotel. I thank the group at Hadley. And thank you so much for the refreshments and the snacks. It was a wonderful visit!

  Recently moved in with my Husband & kids and so far it’s been a breathe of fresh air Elise from beginning to now being on the property has been nothing but amazing including all the staff they move quickly with maintenance calls and leasing questions they have exceeded our expectations and more !!
