The main reason I purchased the home was due to the professionaism, attention to detail and customer service shown by the construction manager Shawn Baker. He spent over 4 hours in a virtual pre-closing with me. He took care of each and every issue I had prior to closing. I have never seen this type of professionalism in my previous home purchases. I believe this is the single best indicator of your future in a community.
