  My sister and mom recently signed a contract to move into an apartment last week. Everything was paid, and we were even ready to move in when we arrived on Saturday. However, the place was in a terrible state. The air ducts were covered in dust, and the screen doors and frames to the balcony were dirty. The burners and grates on the stove only worked with three of them. The hallway walls were also extremely dirty. We called the management company to complain, and they said they had cleaned the walls and that pest control had done its job. However, when we walked through the room, we found roaches. I don’t think it’s fair that they said the apartment was ready to move in when it wasn’t even close to being ready. My husband called them and said that if we didn’t get all the things fixed and cleaned, we would like to terminate the contract. They said that we weren’t able to terminate the contract, but my sister has sent emails with pictures of the things that need to be fixed and is still waiting for a response from the manager.

  The main concern is the garbage that’s everywhere and it’s only one garbage for the whole community! That piles up that and causes roaches we should keep where we live as clean as possible!! To prevent rodents in our community

  I love the apartment it’s a nice place, but I was disappointed in getting the third floor with my 73 years old mother that have to use a walking stick to get around, I asked for first or second floor, but it wasn’t available, so I had to take the third floor, our time to move was very Close, it is hard for her to walk up and down three flight of stairs.
