    The office personnel are very rude. The HOA members have personal problems. The park is still a mess 4 months after the hurricane.

    As a property owner I would have to say, I love it here in Windmill Village. As a visitor, I would have to say, I love it here in Windmill Village. It is a great place to live. It is a great place to visit. There are a fair number of snowbirds. Most leaving at the end of March, and certainly gone by the end of April. Lost of activities in the park to encourage social interaction. From cards to dice runs, dances and all kinds of stuff to get to know one another. Certainly difficult to not meet people....just a walk around and you are greeted with smiles and waves. Its just lovely. There is a great swimming pool and clubhouse, that can also be used for dances and parties. There were several here just in the last couple of weeks. You should be here if you are not already. Lots of new trailers for sale. Several used for sale that I saw, and a couple for rent... (shameless plug)

    UPDATE! The people I spoke of below was removed a few months ago and everything appears to be much better. I was reading the reviews and saw they evicted a child with cancer! How come they won't evict the young felon living next to my grandmother in house 104? This felon has already been caught stealing from the neighbors and reported by neighbors my grandma has to double lock everything up when she never usto! Not only is he a theif but he does drugs and I am not talking about marijuana you can see him tweeking through out the day in I'm assuming his father's yard? My grandmother complains constantly to me about the screaming coming from the house and loud noises that sound like someone being slammed into walls! My grandmother told me not only does he live there but his girlfriend does too! Windmill village if you want this review removed you will have to remove the crackhead making my grandma feel unsafe in her own home.
