- DDDonna DerossJun 23, 20251.0We were fined 25$ for parking on grass once... Even tho there's a family that has three spots to park.. so they pick n choose who the rules are for. Too many rules .not all staff are polite..I've seen the manager be extremely rude to resident..

ELS is trying and improving especially after our hurricane here in September. I volunteer, I get involved and we look out for each other. Nice community.
