The Tax Pass On and Trash Fees also go up on top of your Lot Rent. ELS owns Buccaneer Estates and many other trailer parks. Don't Rent or Buy from ELS because they are 💩💩The High Lot Rent ruins the equity of your home. Hurricane Ian destroyed many of the homes within this community that haven't been taken down yet which also ruins the equity of your home. Buccaneer Estates is infested with Rodents that is costing me money in extermination fees. Our front swimming pool is infested with Gnats. Our Fitness Center is small with outdated and broken equipment, and so much more
