Generally a good build and overall good buying experience except for the company, Coast to Coast pools, DiVosta uses exclusively if you want the pool built at the same time as the house. Many residents, (not all) including me, have had numerous issues with post build leaks, pump issues and sinking pavers due to a poorly prepared base. With effort the service is good during warranty but on going issues reported during warranty will not be addressed after warranty. Buyers pay DiVosta not Coast to Coast who will not get involved in warranty issues so the customer has no leverage with Coast to Coast.
DiVosta should stop using this company and find a reputable one

We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary of owning our home in Talon Preserve. We have been very pleased with the quality of the home, the warranty repair process, and communication/results with our Construction Care Manager (Wil). The Amenity Center is fantastic and the addition of the Hideaway Bar & Grill really sets this community apart. The location is the "Icing on the Cake" ... close to I-75, proximity to Sarasota & Venice, and adjacent to The Legacy Trail all make this a wonderful community to live in.

Dealing with Pulte Mortgage, Divosta and PGP Title for the purchase of our new home was unlike any other home purchase. From the very beginning the process was smooth, professional, and we felt like we were dealing with friends instead of a company. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for ease and professionalism. The communication between everyone and the online tools provided during the process made a real difference in keeping up with the build even when we couldn't be there. The builder is about high quality, Florida safety features and clean lines. We couldn't be happier with our home! The entire team from our sales rep Dominic Cesario to our loan consultant Kari Nilson, to our construction manager Dan Richards- we felt taken care of and that we were in good hands the entire time.
