- KLKevin LawlorJan 7, 20263.0Generally a good build and overall good buying experience except for the company, Coast to Coast pools, DiVosta uses exclusively if you want the pool built at the same time as the house. Many residents, (not all) including me, have had numerous issues with post build leaks, pump issues and sinking pavers due to a poorly prepared base. With effort the service is good during warranty but on going issues reported during warranty will not be addressed after warranty. Buyers pay DiVosta not Coast to Coast who will not get involved in warranty issues so the customer has no leverage with Coast to Coast. DiVosta should stop using this company and find a reputable one

We have been very pleased with the quality of the home, the warranty repair process, and communication/results with our Construction Care Manager (Wil). The Amenity Center is fantastic and the addition of the Hideaway Bar & Grill really sets this community apart. The location is the "Icing on the Cake" ... close to I-75, proximity to Sarasota & Venice, and adjacent to The Legacy Trail all make this a wonderful community to live in.
