- RCRonald Andres Barrancos CalderonNov 28, 20253.0Estaría muy bien, pero en las 3 habitaciones más pequeñas no viene luz incluida y hay que instalarla aparte, ya es bastante caro como para hacer eso, solo tiene luz la habitación principal y el primer día se atascó el baño y salió agua por el techo de la cocina haciendo un corte de luz y arruinando los focos de la cocina que una semana después no han podido arreglar.

Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews they try to hide all the bad that goes on and never fix anything never. If you think you’ll be safe here nope, the gate hasn’t even worked for id say the past 5 years and before that it barely worked, they actually let pretty much anyone rent so you have like 5 families moving into one house(good luck with parking). Landscaping never comes which we pay ridiculous money for, the construction has been taking years to finish while the new school across the street started this year and will finish 5x faster , and all in all the response from management is always mediocre .
