Today is our two year closing day anniversary. We love it here and we couldn’t have made a better decision, especially nailed that the amenities are open.

Being the very first owner to build from dirt in Terreno, I am thrilled and amazed at what this great community has become. From the top quality homes and workmanship to the abundance of floorplans and options and now the stunning and beautiful amenities complex, this is truly one of North Naples best neighborhood gems. The neighbors are wonderful, consistent and conscientiousness. Remarkable folks who are looking to engage in something wonderful here. Welcome home!

This house is full of design features and technology that were new to us. The sales agent, Holly Trapani, and construction manager told us what we needed to know and answered all of our many questions. Three months into occupancy, this is the most satisfying house we have ever owned. The DiVosta rep is well deserved.
