They hire sub-par contractors and then pass the buck to them, when STOCK is the developer. Would you play roulette with 250k-900k? I wouldn’t. Google their lawsuits, turn on the news, pick up a daily newspaper. Scores of problems with their business practices and the silence attributed to them are EVERYWHERE.

They send me a list over 360 problems and let me know they never have seen so a long list with problems before. Now after 2 years Stock do only 10% from the list . If somebodey needs more information , please let me know . Now we go to the court, Never ever buy or build a home with layers and bad companys.
