  Toured the community with John, he was charismatic and very personable. He made my wife and I feel welcome, and helped us find the right unit for us. We toured a dozen communities around Naples, and this apartment was the only one to check all of our boxes! The property is very well-kept, and it’s clear that the owners continually put money into keeping the property a nice place to live.

  I've lived here for a year and I can say what a clean community. Maintenance is very friendly and professional. The office staff are very diligent with handling all of my concerns. My apartment is very modern and clean with kind neighbours. Highly recommend.

  I’d like to sincerely thank the incredible team at Mark LN in Naples, FL. The maintenance team — Gerson, Ernesto, and Edder — consistently deliver excellent work. They’re quick to respond, dependable, and always make sure repairs are done right the first time. The office team — JT, Mirta, Pedro, and John — deserves just as much recognition. They are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist whenever something comes up. It’s not common to see such strong teamwork between office staff and maintenance, and that’s what really sets this community apart. Because of them, living here has been a truly positive and enjoyable experience.
