  The manager Mila has been extremely helpful and personable and has worked to solve any issues we’ve had expeditiously. I have never needed to wait more than an hour or two before maintenance was dispatched to address any concerns and their communication has been very clear and timely.

  I have been here for 5 years. Aqua Bay is a great place to live. I love my neighbors. Very quiet and nice. Any issues you have are solved quickly. I would highly recommend Aqua Bay Apts. The office and maintence staff are very courteous and always available.

  Aqua bay is a great place to live. It is a very quite complex with nice amenities, spacious units, and excellent personal that help you with all your problems very quickly. I would definitely recommend renting here!

  Be careful!! Their listed prices are not accurate to the actual price of the apartment. The 2 bedroom (not a very good floor plan, very tight and cramped) was listed at $1800 on the website and when I was touring the place I was informed by the woman that the $1800 does NOT include any utilities. The cost was $1941 after utilities (not including WiFi and electric). I also explained to her my budget and that I was looking for the $1800 one and she did NOT mention the additional costs. Due to thinking it was only $1800, I (stupidly) paid the $95 application fee which she would not refund after lying about the price.

  Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I’ve never had a worse experience living anywhere. My neighbors tried to get into my apartment twice, and there’s no security whatsoever. The apartment they gave me had a hole in the roof, which caused flooding every time it rained, and it took months before management even bothered to fix it. They charged me $2,560 a month for rent and offered nothing but water and trash service — and even that was bad. The trash area was disgusting and constantly overflowing. The whole complex had a roach problem, even after the pest control people came. My A/C broke three times, and the last time I had to wait over a week for them to fix it. Living here was uncomfortable and stressful the entire time. The worst part is how management treated me when I told them I was joining the military. I made it clear six months before the lease ended that I was leaving and would not be renewing, but since the lease wasn’t under my name, they said I was still responsible for a $1,600 fee for not signing a non-renewal paper. They had my email on file, but I couldn’t check it because I was in basic training without my phone. They even slipped the renewal paper under the door, but my girlfriend — who was living there — couldn’t sign it because her name wasn’t on the lease either. What frustrates me most is that they never mentioned any of this when I told them I was leaving for the military. They only cared once it meant more money for them and the only option that I was given once I was able to present myself in the office was rules are rules. This place is unprofessional, overpriced, and poorly managed. I truly hope the Florida Department of Health, FDACS, and Code Enforcement look into this property, because between the flooding, roaches and the lack of security it’s a nightmare
