- CCcathySep 5, 20253.0It's a nice gated community so far, (but no boom barrier at the gate, people are still tailgating at night when the gate is closed). Ps. Because of construction, the gate remains open during the day. James is wonderful; if it were for James, I would give 5 stars. But the HOA is a pain. And homeowners never know when they meet or when we can attend a meeting. I'm already thinking about selling my house.
