- JMJoe MorriseauJun 22, 20255.0This is a very nice 55+ community. I love the location as it's close to town and shopping, but far enough from any big cities so you can feel safe. The property is older but well-maintained. Definitely worth looking into.
- MMMichael MillerJun 19, 20251.0First week of June residents received a letter stating, we had till June 13th to cut our lawns or be fined $75 and the property mgmt would mow it. It's been well over 2 weeks since the dog park has been mowed. The grass is knee high and looks like an abandoned lot. The tall grass is unsafe because of snakes. We have only 2 amenities in this park shuffle board and the dog park. Why is it so hard to mow the dog park. I've contacted the management company in charge 2 times, and have not heard or seen any action. Probably because they don't care how the property looks or residents, they got their money. I'll be contacting the city next to see if there's anything they can do, to help get out dog park mowed.
