  I’m a resident at Bella Collina and wanted to visit the model home. Since it was close to closing time, I called ahead to confirm if they were still open (otherwise, I would’ve gladly waited until the next day). A woman answered the phone, but unfortunately, she was quite rude. I spoke to her politely, but she told me to “just look at the photos on the website.” I clearly explained what I was looking for, yet she seemed uninterested and dismissive. She ended the call abruptly, without even a simple “have a nice day.” It was disappointing to be treated that way, especially after hearing such great things about the model. That experience alone made me feel less inclined to work with them moving forward.
