  Hereon pointe is an excellent place to live, maintenance is knowledgeable, the management is professional. Especially, Beliser Vinces community manager she is what hereon pointe needs she is respectfully professional and compassionate for everyone! She maintains the property exceptionally and is a great asset to hereon pointe!

  It's Quiet here and I love my amenities. I can go on and on about the staff, they are friendly and well spoken especially Bel the engine that makes it all work here. Any time I'm in the office they make me feel comfortable and they take their time explaining all details making sure I can understand. The do not hes8answering any of my concerns which makes it easy to live here.

  My aunt previously lived here before she passed away she loved it now my father lives here and I can see what my aunt liked so much about it one of more quiet communities in the neighborhood my other aunt lived across the lake it’s not so quiet over there. Personally Bel and the entire office staff are sweethearts. Always helpful and accommodating, she makes everything easy to understand and always has an open line of communication which I can appreciate.

  Es indignante ver como una persona con tanta maldad puede estar a cargo de una comunidad. Vivi 12 años en Heron Pointe y lo que antes era un hogar lleno de respeto hoy es un lugar dominado por el miedo. Desde que llegó la nueva manager Beliser su abuso de poder a destruido la paz de la comunidad, expulsando a personas honestas y sembrando temor. Sino eres cercana a ella o dominicana, vives el miedo constante de perder tu hogar. Injusto, discriminatorio y completamente inaceptable.
