  Associa was selected as the new management company for Kenland Walk Condo a few months ago, and the experience has been very positive. We have been working closely with Monica Lithg, Property Manager, who has consistently made herself available whenever needed. Her responsiveness and professionalism have truly been a breath of fresh air compared to the previous management company. In addition, communication overall has been clear, timely, and transparent, which has made a significant difference in day-to-day operations. Issues are being addressed more efficiently, and there is a noticeable sense of organization and follow-through. It is also evident that there is a stronger level of accountability and attention to detail, giving both owners and residents greater confidence in the management of the property. We truly appreciate the proactive approach and the commitment to improving the community.

  Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Employees are rude, unprofessional and lie. Made living at Portifino miserable for me and my disabled daughter, singled my daughter out, would not provide handicap parking, I would avoid any property managed by this company at all cost.
