- JRJairo R RodriguezMay 30, 20241.0You have to be on your toes with Ryan homes. First night and we had water pouring down from the second floor due to brown bag clogging the pipes. We got an inspector and he found quite a few problems. Now we have a retention wall that was not well sealed and due to rain and the bad work they did, part of that retention wall is down. They say they are going to do something and then they ghost you or they tell you later. Later never comes. My neighbor also wanted to buy a new house for relative and they had their deposit and everything but 6 months later they gave them a story and he was told to they weren't going to sell to him; because they sold it for more to another buyer. 6 months with money retained and a boat full of lies. Stay away from these people. They are bad, bad business.
