We are very satisfied and confidently recommend it. The home is beautiful, and the finishes are excellent. We truly liked it a lot.
- RNR NJun 3, 20241.0I own in phase 2 of this community. There's a few issues with Ryan Homes that I've come across. First being quality.... I imagine this is similar to other builders but there's a lot of carelessness in the craft of the home. Holes made by workers are taped over and painted over. There's stain on the railing, paint on the carpet, leaking windows. Secondly, my biggest gripe is.... like another posted said.... this community has access to Spectrum and CenturyLink.... except Ryan/the developer never communicated to centurylink to extend service down to phase 2, it's available in phase 1 but not 2 just down the street. So Spectrum has a monopoly on all of phase 2 and we have been unsuccessful in getting centurylink here. I'm currently playing ~$20/month more for spectrum for 1/4 the speed that I would be with centurylink. Lastly, warranty, good luck with this, it took a little over 2 years to get my warranty requests completed. When Ryan Homes would send over a company to do work, first no one ever spoke english, second, they fixed what they came to fix but broke something else.
