  We bought our home in July of 2025. We didn’t think much of it but we did have to sign title paperwork several times at the beginning as we were being told it kept getting lost. We went the first of Feb 2026 to apply for the homestead exemption and was told by the DMV the house is not titled in our names. We reached out Feb 9th and talked to Ally about getting our title- we were told we would have the title within 2 weeks as the deal had JUST been funded…. We reached out the last week of Feb 2026 and was told by Ally we didn’t know where the title was or what was going on but an email had been sent…. It’s now April 2, 2026 and we still have NO title for our home. As a first time home buyer this is extremely frustrating and concerning as every time we call we get push back.

  My husband and I stopped to look around, hands down the nicest people. They provided us with so much information as well as estimates. The homes were beautiful and her customer service rocked!

  Clayton Homes of Milton is a great option if you are looking for quality and affordability. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They also said they had land they could package with a home. Although I didn’t end up buying, I would definitely recommend to others.
