  I came into office in the month of February. Trying to renew my lease and to ask rfor someone to give me some type of money off my rent due to me, living out here for 3 years. Im a good tenant and I pay on time. Eventho the hallways look like crap. I was speaking with a young lady named by the of Shena. I think she's the leasing manager Shena called her reguonal manager, right in front of me because the property manager was not here that day. And the region manager approved my lease to be reduced. I like the way that Shena goes the extra mile to help me. Shena said to come back and sign the lease is because she did not know to how to complete a lease. when I came back in the office to sign my lease. the property manager said that my lease was not accurate and nobody had no authority of doing that. I came in the office today and I'm just so thankful that Shena was able to help me out. Shena is a good sweet person and she goes the extra mile to help- whoever is the regional manager please tell her thank you- I did not want to leave this community

  Staff failed to answer any questions or help with application process hopefully unlike everyone else I will get a call back about my application and moving soon the apartments look way better than they used to but the staff needs to have courtesy for young people trying to get there first apartment. I’m hoping tomorrow yall will finally call me about my application. My review might change depending what happens next….

  Daquan is a very good maintenance person!! He makes sure to remember that you are in need of something to get fixed in your complex and he tries his best to do it right. Past few days my Ac kept burning out he kept doing all he could to get it fixed for me even if it kept stopping he just kept looking for solutions! He’s a great and thoughtful guy!

  Miss Sheena is the best! I applied on 02/14 and signed to move in today 02/25 it would have been even sooner if I didn’t have to wait on my bank! She helped me every step of the way and I even have new appliances! Thank you so much for everything!

  I’m in section 8 just moved out of building 900 This review isn’t about shaming anyone, and it’s not personal—though I’m sure management will try to make it that way in the replies, as they often do. This is about exposing a systemic failure at Hunters Run that directly affects families who don’t have the luxury of unlimited housing options. Property management is supposed to be easy, fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. Instead, residents are met with agents who seem annoyed when spoken to, managers who don’t respond to emails, and constant staff turnover that resets accountability every few months. Nothing ever moves forward—just excuses, deflection, and silence until rent is due. Let’s be clear: Hunters Run is not a luxury apartment complex. Management goes out of its way to avoid claiming that title—and for good reason. This is an old property with a persistent roach infestation. Roaches are not an occasional issue here; they are a feature. Turn on the lights and they scatter like a rehearsed routine—clearly comfortable, clearly established, clearly not being handled. Maintenance tickets go unanswered. Gates don’t close. Dog waste is everywhere. And through it all, the consistent theme is employees who do not want to be here and management whose priority seems to begin and end with collecting rent. This review is not written to “make you look bad.” The conditions do that on their own. This is written to protect families—the ones scraping together $1,100 for rent, the ones who don’t have backup options, the ones forced to live with infestations and unresponsive management because affordable housing is scarce. Until these issues are addressed honestly and proactively, occupancy will continue to stay low, and residents will continue to move out. Not because of reviews like this—but because people eventually refuse to pay for neglect.
