  Water was leaking from an empty unit and eventually started seeping into mine, causing water damage and mold. They refused give a timeframe for mold and damage clean up and repair. I had to send a letter of intent before they would even address it, the. They tried to make me evacuate with less then 24 hours notice and no explanation as to what was going to be done and would the wall be completely removed, is it safe to have my furniture in there. They never even came to do a thorough check of my unit. I wound up finding mold in my closet, both bathrooms, in my kitchen cabinet, behind my stove, and behind a cabinet. I asked to be moved to a new unit and they said that would take time. Then they came out to take pictures but wound up on photographing all the areas without mold and began to downplay the issue. I decided it was time to leave. Found a new place in 5 days. The floor I was on now only has one tenant and they are packing up too, mold issues as well. The management never returns calls, they are condescending and rude. They do not care about the health and well being of their tenants. Do not rent from them. You’ll regret it.

  You would think that clearing house would have gotten this place in shape but it’s worse than ever it appears. We experienced a horrible application process that lead to us pulling the application. We got everything filed paid and turned in in a timely manner. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get into a unit. We spend the next month waiting and asking for updates with no solid answer from anyone. Each and every person I spoke to had something different to tell me. They said that it would potentially be another 30 days just from it getting to compliance and we already waited a month and the whole time it hasn’t touched compliance. When I asked when we should consider pulling the application we were told just keep waiting. We went over to Lindsey Terrace and got approved the same day and moved in that same week! If you are in limbo waiting on these apartments go over to Lindsey Terrace they are cheaper and have more of an updated property and nicer apartments. Ask for Tiffany she will get you taken care of. I hope who ever is in charge of this company truly does better because this is unacceptable. You firing your whole staff shouldn’t fall onto the applicants shoulders staff should of been fully prepped and trained before switching but it’s seems no one had any idea what they were doing.

  If I could give zero starts I would. These people will steal your money, not fix anything in your apartment until months later, and then tell you they can’t help you because they can’t keep their employees in check. I have had water moccasins INSIDE of my home, I witnessed gunshots sitting on my porch, there’s alligators in the pond right outside of my apartment, and terrible kids act like they run the place. Sick of this place and can’t wait to get the hell out of here.

  They are TRASH!!!! Office staff and manager lies and they do not do work orders...I had an AC issue that I reported for 8 days straight, called the emergency line left several messages and they never responded or came AND talked with office staff in person and the manager in person twice....my refrigerator is not working now and left emergency message 3 times, went and knocked on the Manager's apartment door and no answer or call back from the emergency line that they tell you to leave issue, apt#, phone # and name and still no return call or service. I have food that has perished and medication that required refrigeration and still no response. I work and I can not baby sit the service that is requested and required. Please do not rent from these people. Maintenance don't know what they are doing and nobody there cares, they lie, but I've never been late on my rent or been an issue with any of my time renting here.
