- GGGoddyJan 13, 20261.0This community have scammed me and my wife out of a few thousand dollars. when we were picking our home, we wanted the iced white color. we were told that someone a few houses down have the same color and that we had to choose a different color. we chose a dark homberg gray. shortly after picking our color, we were told that we also had to add stone because a home across the street with the same exact model. so we paid for the stone and we also chose a color of paint that we did not want initally , all because we wanted it to go by their rules and not have the same homes design . fast forward a home with the same model and same color and also same stone color is built next-door. not only are these issues a problem because is it just the same exact home but we were scammed by fake monotony rules into paying more and not even getting the initial paint color we wanted. Our sales agent was Cynthia Kulgar, which she was only following her job. but whoever is in management now, thought it was a bright idea to put the same exact home next-door. this is clear fraud and thousands in robbery. we have pleaded that they paint the hat in the house next door, a different color or our home a different color. we have said that they cannot paint the homes that we would like our 2700 that we paid for stone . neither of these options were fulfilled, so we are prepared to take this situation into full effect. Whoever is in charge will fix or pay for this or Inwill die trying to get this resolved . I gave 2 months beforw I got angry .
