  Called the leasing office to ask about an apartment. The woman who answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on me. I definitely don't want to live at a community with such unpleasant staff.

  Had a great time living here!! So much that we renewed and are now sad to leave after our 2nd year. Beautiful, New, Modern, high ceilings, fantastic pools that get sun at all times of the day, with views of classic Miami sunsets. Great management, service, maintenance, cleaning ppl, security/doormen and women. Delicious restaurants below. Highly recommend! Thank you very much for everything.

  Update: there was a shooting across the street in the section 8 housing, we went to walk our dogs and had to run back and hide. There is no reason to be paying these high prices and deal with this. As residents of Wynd 27 for over 6 months, we have reported issues with security, noise, and poor construction to management, which have been ignored, and we were referred to the binding contract. The more serious issue is with security; there have been multiple break-ins and robberies due to the lack of any security personnel and cameras, and proper security protocols in the building (like having security in the lobby) Today, many residents live in fear of someone dangerous breaking into the building and hurting them or stealing their valuables. We asked to move out and were told to pay a $6,000+ fee. Another issue is the noise; the walls of the building are empty and not soundproof, so any bar playing loud music, construction, or car horns can be heard while you sleep. We asked to relocate to another side of the building and were asked to pay a $1,000 fee. Management clearly doesn't care about the quality of life of the residents; they only care about their pockets.

  I was asked to write this review and I’m happy to say that, 45 days later, everything has been as the team promised from the start. The leasing process was quick and any issues were resolved fast. Overall, I’m really satisfied so far.
