  TLDR: For a plethora of reasons, Wynd27&28 comes very recommended. Comprehensive review: Since I’ll spend the vast majority of my time with pros, I’ll begin there. I’ve never had such a caring, thoughtful, and supportive apartment office Team before, this was an incredible breath of fresh air in a completely brand new city to me. For example, Michele, though no longer with the Team, walked me through the processes Military does in places as niche as Miami. We don’t get stationed places like these so her efforts were paramount to my decision to pick Wynd27&28. Also incredibly supportive was Nico, his help never ended throughout. Very responsive to tenant needs and communicative. They ran a great property. The roof top pool, man I miss that 😅 the gym was fully equipped and probably the best gym I’ve had at an apartment. The closeness to everything Wynwood has to offer was mostly a perk, BUT, you will quickly learn every song and routine from the RHouse girls 😅 the team does communicate this to you and lets you know you’re in the middle of the scene so it wasn’t a surprise. Never had any security concerns, no serious maintenance issues, no theft from the package room, and move in and out was a breeze. I know some places try to stick nonsense to you when you leave, nope not this Team. There was an incredible 2 month free offer at the beginning too, that was super helpful with inflation and cost of living increases. The maintenance Team is very quick to respond to you and explain things, that was a big plus too. Ok so honestly only 1 con, the garage is across the street, whether that’s a plus for you or not is up to you, for me it was kinda far to go with groceries and stuff. Overall, I fully recommend Wynd27&28. Rest assured the Team is there to help. And I wish the best for everyone there.

  Called the leasing office to ask about an apartment. The woman who answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on me. I definitely don't want to live at a community with such unpleasant staff.

  Had a great time living here!! So much that we renewed and are now sad to leave after our 2nd year. Beautiful, New, Modern, high ceilings, fantastic pools that get sun at all times of the day, with views of classic Miami sunsets. Great management, service, maintenance, cleaning ppl, security/doormen and women. Delicious restaurants below. Highly recommend! Thank you very much for everything.

  The property management and maintenance team consistently responds promptly to address any maintenance issues. Tatiana, Billy, and their team are always friendly and easy to reach. Great teamwork!
