I love living here. The environment is peaceful, the property is well maintained, and the staff is very attentive. The front desk team, especially Jazmín and Julián, were very helpful and kind.

They are super insightful and I highly recommend meeting them in person and saying hi and ask anything you're pondering about housing.

Terrazul is a well-maintained and peaceful residential building. The area feels safe and quiet, making it a great place to live if you’re looking for comfort and privacy. The surroundings are clean and the overall environment is very calm.
The building itself is in good condition and seems properly managed. It has a nice, modern feel, and everything looks organized and taken care of. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to nearby areas.
Overall, Terrazul is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to live.

The new management is doing a good job. They try to address issues quickly, prioritize the cleanliness of the common areas, and communicate much more effectively than the previous company. Parking continues to be a challenge, but it has improved since the Cardinal Group took over, especially compared to how poorly it was managed before. I see a positive future for Terrazul and would recommend that new students sign their lease with them.

Do not move into this building. Less than 3 years old yet the building is horribly run down like it’s been here for 10+ years. AC breaks constantly(multiple times a month sometimes), wifi cuts out, gym is always a mess, dog urine and poop constantly in hallways and elevators, fees for everything. Not to mention the management doesn’t care about residents at all, they treat you like a number instead of a person whenever you have an issue. Also numerous issues with thief’s and the building won’t do anything unless you file a police report. Building was also originally advertised as exclusive for students and now they rent to the general public. Don’t even get me started on the parking. Paying $125 a month to park when random people that don’t pay somehow sneak in and park wherever they want, including making their own spots which is unsafe. The building took 2 years to finally start towing those who don’t belong and yet it’s still an issue. Rent has increased every year considering all of these problems…
