- NTNessa TVFeb 19, 20264.0I moved into Terrazul in August, although my time living here hasn’t been free from problems, I can say the leasing consultants have always tried to resolve my issues or referred me to someone in management that could better assist me if they can’t. Management can be very slow to respond and sometimes there seems to be a lack of communication between different members of management but they do try to help and give residents solutions. I specifically want to shout out leasing consultants Julian and Anesia. They have been amazing and always go above and beyond to help me which I truly appreciate.

Shaun has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live!
