- NRNatan RivenOct 29, 20251.0Since Marquis Management took over our building, the service has been horrible. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and fail to address serious issues like unit flooding. I’ve been waiting since April for them to resolve water damage to my unit — no action, no updates. Staff on-site are unprofessional, and it feels like the company is trying to twist HOA rules in their favor. This company should not be allowed anywhere near luxury condominium buildings. They are degrading the value of our property and eroding owner confidence. If you are on a board considering hiring Marquis Management — do yourself and your residents a favor and look elsewhere.

Her attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, and personal care for the residents that live there is worlds of service above other companies I have worked with. I would highly reccomend Esmeralda and her company.
