  Since Marquis Management took over our building, the service has been horrible. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and fail to address serious issues like unit flooding. I’ve been waiting since April for them to resolve water damage to my unit — no action, no updates. Staff on-site are unprofessional, and it feels like the company is trying to twist HOA rules in their favor. This company should not be allowed anywhere near luxury condominium buildings. They are degrading the value of our property and eroding owner confidence. If you are on a board considering hiring Marquis Management — do yourself and your residents a favor and look elsewhere.

  I have nothing but great things to say working with Marquis Management at a high rise luxurty building in Fort Lauderdale, specifically with Esmeralda Lopez. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, and personal care for the residents that live there is worlds of service above other companies I have worked with. I would highly reccomend Esmeralda and her company.

  Working with Esmeralda Lopez and her team at the Plaza East Condo Association has been a pleasure! As a pest control service provider, it's always nice to work with people who are easy to communicate with and get along with!

  The team from Marquis at 227 Condo (aka, YotelPad) are the absolute best. Highly responsive and professional, they always seek to excel in providing solutions whenever there is a problem. The team's culture is their driving force, lead by the highly capable Mrs. Talita Dias. You can touch and feel the culture of customer success from the front desk team (Karim, Yulissa and others that face guests daily and are beyond sweet) to the back office staff (lead by the always smiling Ms. Claudia Farrada). My company manages properties in many buildings in Miami, the Marquis team in this building is the absolute best. Clone them for other properties, please and thank you!
