The staff made sure the transition into my room went smoothly and if I had any issue they made sure to take care of it. Whenever I communicated with staff they were extremely helpful and responded quickly, even when I was locked out of my room, I must say Veronica and Johana are of immense help and have been extremely sweet. I definitely recommend lapis over The One
