“I recently moved into a beautiful building where I’ve been treated wonderfully. I feel like I’ve been here all my life. The service is exceptional—Jenny was incredibly helpful, and honestly, everyone is amazing. The apartments are in perfect condition, and the common areas, like the gym and pool, feel just like a luxury hotel. I 100% recommend this place to live—it’s very safe and extremely peaceful.” ¡Ya puedes colocarlo!

InTown Apartments has been a great experience, and a big reason why is the leasing team. Agnus, Hernando, and Jenny are absolutely fantastic. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents.
From the first interaction, they were welcoming and helpful. They answer questions quickly, follow up when they say they will, and make the move-in process smooth and stress free. It’s clear they work hard to make sure residents feel taken care of.
If you’re considering InTown Apartments, you’ll be in great hands with this leasing team.
I have lived at this building for over two years and have had no complaints with anything other than the maintenance and responsiveness of the front desk, my ac has been broken for the past five days with no urgency on management to contact a technician to come and fix it. If they do answer the phone, they tell you they will call you back but provide no update until you hound them for a response.

TLDR: It is with a heavy heart that I am about to give this review to a place that I have called home for the past 3 years. Now that I have finally moved out, I think it is okay for me to post this review.
So I will start with the Pros: Maintenance is incredible. They are very respondent to your needs and they’re always so respectful. The main facility manager. She is incredible, she is usually in her office but she is very attentive. On the last day when I paid our final check she was very nice. I wish I got her name to shout her out. Lastly, being able to live in Little Havana. This area is so nice. We have seen it grow through the past 3 years. I enjoyed going to El Toro Loco, Macondo and Carmen’s Bakery. T-Mobile and the banks are downstairs which is convenient.ALSO, if you are here for Calle Ocho festival, this is the best location to be at.
Now for the cons. We signed the lease here under a different management. The leasing agent at that time was super nice. They also had monthly resident events and we did not have much of a problem. On our second year we noticed more changes happening.
1. Mailroom: there was an increased of missing packages. Usually we would be using the luxer lockers but the apartment complex started storing these packages in different closets that made it confusing for everyone. I started having my packages sent to my boyfriend’s apartment complex.
2. Leasing Agent: in addition to the mail being a mess, we would need to talk to the staff to get the package, and they are not the most pleasant. Agnes, one of the leasing ladies, always had an attitude. One time I had a missing package (which was my insulin by the way) she literally was very dismissive. When she saw me a few days later, she asked me if i found the package that i was “crying about.” Lol you mean the meds that I need to keep me alive? There was a brief time when management changed, and it was so pleasant not having to deal with her for a month or two.
3. Fire alarms: there was a time when the fire alarms were blaring every single night in the middle of the night. They used to give out warnings but suddenly they stopped. If the alarm is not going in the garage, it would be blaring inside the buildings and units.I have been so used to the alarms to the point that I don’t know when a real fire is happening.
4. Garage: people who live here are the most annoying people when it comes to parking. They would be going 55mph in the parking garage with their big cars. LIKE CHILDREN LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX. It’s also weird that there is always broken glass on the floor. During our last week, my roomie saw that her tire was deflated. Based on her car, it looks likes someone might’ve accidentally hit her. AND DID NOT LEAVE A NOTE. And Intown does NOTHING about this issue. We pay 100 dollars a month to park in their garage. i also had a few times when my car caught a nail or two on my tires. I had to go to my mechanic to patch it up.
Overall, if you are planning to sign your lease here, do it with caution. Even after all of this nonsense, I did enjoy living here as the memories are irreplaceable.
