    It's better to be late than never. Recently I was in the market to purchase a house. I encountered a problem and my Real Estate Agent recommended that I speak to 1st Florida Mortgage Lenders. I made the call and spoke with Daneza Socarras and explained my problem. Ms Socarras and her staff took the case and worked on It. Although the problem took about four months to be resolved in the end they were able to secure the mortgage for me.The staff was very professional. If I had to do it all over again 1st Florida Mortgage Lenders will be my lender. I would recommend Ms. Socarras and her staff. They were able to get me a good rate also.
