  Just signed my new lease here. The area is quiet, beautiful and walking distance to the shops. The apartment is very clean and spacious. I thank the friendly staff Gil, Mariela, Nancy and especially Julia my leasing rep. She was AMAAAAZING. Thanks J!!! Looking forward to my stay at Fountain House.

  I love living at Fountain house in the TC apartment's. The people here are amazing and truly care about the residents. The girls in the leasing office are always welcoming and cheerful, which makes such a difference and really makes you feel at home. If I ever need anything fixed, they are very quick to handle my request and always make sure things are taken care of. The community is consistently clean, friendly, and well maintained. They are always thinking about ways to make the community better. There are also always activities happening in the neighborhood, and they also organize events just for the residents, which is such a lovely touch. It really creates a strong sense of community and makes living here feel special. I’m very happy to call Graham Residential my home.

  ’ve had a great experience living here so far. The office staff is very responsive and always helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly—usually within a day—which I really appreciate. I also love the sense of community they create. The office hosts seasonal events like last year they even had a beautiful flower-themed event to welcome the spring. It really makes living here feel special. The community feels safe and well cared for. The building is consistently clean, and you can tell they put effort into maintaining the property. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living here.

  My experience at Fountain House has been incredible. I have been living here for two years in this beautiful and hidden gem of Miami Lakes we call home. The service and maintenance here is practically impeccable and very efficient! I want to take a moment to thank from the bottom of my heart the property manager Mariela and her great staff Nancy, Gil, Alejandro and everyone else on the team I dont know personally, I do know they consistently strive to make our lives a lot better, thank you! - Kindly, Jose E

  I love my apartment and truly appreciate the staff who take such great care of both the residents and the property. From the moment I first reached out to Fountain House, Nancy has always been incredibly responsive and made sure my concerns were handled quickly. Her dedication and attentiveness mean a lot. Janielle has also been wonderful—always pleasant, helpful, and attentive to my requests. She consistently provides assistance with a positive attitude and a smile. Lastly, I want to recognize the maintenance staff who work hard to keep the property clean and well maintained. Their efforts definitely don’t go unnoticed. Overall, I’m very grateful for the team here and the care they put into the community.
