  Me and my husband just moved into the exectuive apartment community and it has been wonderful. Pilar and Isel made the sign on leasing agreement super simple and quick. They were very attentive to answering any time I called with questions. The apartment was super clean when we moved in. We had to do very minimal cleaning. Our door wasnt working properly & immediately the maintence team came and fixed the issue. The area is so nice and peaceful. I am so happy & pleased with the service I recieved at the Executive Apartments ! 😊

  I just moved to Executive apartments and am loving it here- the community is very calm and clean, everything is very well taken care of. Pilar Rodriguez from the management office helped me throughout the whole process. Her energy, charisma and friendliness really made me feel at home. She took care of everything quickly. Very happy with the whole experience!

  Very disappointing experience. Management charges unnecessary fees, maintenance issues are not properly resolved, and units are not cleaned before move-in. There is a pest issue, I highly recommend that units require consistent pest control. There is also a very bad humidity problem that makes living conditions uncomfortable.I would recommend looking elsewhere — Crescent House is a much better option.

  We have had such a wonderful experience living at Everton Estates in Cartersville, GA. From the moment we signed our lease, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. They truly go above and beyond to help residents, and that level of care has been consistent throughout our entire time here. The property is beautiful, quiet, and serene a very family-oriented community that feels safe and well cared for. During the snowstorm, the team proactively iced the property and made sure residents were safe, which really showed how thoughtful and attentive they are. They also host resident get-togethers, which makes the community feel connected and welcoming. And as dog lovers, we especially appreciate how pet-friendly they are! The townhomes themselves are the best we’ve ever lived in clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The landscaping is always in mint condition, the pool is consistently clean, the gym is very clean and feels safe, and the coffee bar is always stocked (a small detail that makes a big difference!). A special shoutout to Jodi, Maria, Sarah, Meyer, and Braden thank you for your extraordinary service, kindness, and dedication. You truly make Everton Estates feel like home. We highly recommend Everton Estates to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live. We will definitely miss this community when we leave.
