  We are so happy to have found this apartment. Truly the application, move in process has been so easy and smooth. The staff has been there for us and helping us since day one. Carmen, Vanessa and all the girls from the leasing office have been amazing!

  All I can say is wow. wow. wow. I was nervous about moving into an apartment as the usual story I hear is that your needs aren't met with urgency and you'll be lucky if you get someone to answer your call. BUT this place I now call home feels like a dream. My family first stopped in and took a tour with Rodney, who we loved immediately due to his kindness and sheer knowledge of every bit of Miami Lakes although he just recently moved here. He gave us so much guidance and was sure to answer our (10) calls in one day. Sadly, we knew he was only covering a shift here for one day so we were worried no one else would show the same kind of attention. In comes Miss Brittany Ebb who was and is absolutely spectacular from head to toe. Brittany is not one to sit back and wait for things to happen. She went into the office early and skipped lunches to ensure we would be able to move in as quickly as possible. With any new information we would get a call immediately from her. I thank God for this staff and am so grateful for them and their role here at South Pointe Apartments.

  I can see that most reviews focus only on the application process. Mine will cover everything: the application, the quality of the apartments, and the actual living experience. The application process is complicated, mainly due to poor communication. Eventually, I was approved, but that was just the beginning. Signing a lease with this company has been an absolute nightmare. To be fair, the apartments themselves are very nice: well-located, well-finished, and visually appealing. However, the sound insulation is terrible—you can hear everything happening in the neighboring units. If your upstairs or next-door neighbors are noisy and disregard the rules, as has been the case for me, the apartment becomes unlivable. That's when you truly see how poorly the property is managed. They lure you into signing the lease with promises of an exceptional living experience, but once you're locked in, they disappear. They fail to deliver on their promises, show a complete lack of professionalism, and behave more like salespeople than actual property managers. After the lease is signed, you're on your own—they simply don't care about your real concerns or living conditions. If you're looking to live a nightmare, go ahead and move into one of these apartments.

  Such a beautiful property! I had the pleasure of working with Janille and Brittany, and they were incredible from start to finish. Their kindness and guidance made the entire moving process seamless and stress free. I’m so grateful for their support in helping us find our dream home.
