  Quiero dejar una excelente reseña para el señor Juan Niebla, consultor de leasing de la comunidad. Desde el primer contacto demostró ser una persona sumamente profesional, humana y confiable. Su atención es 100 % garantizada, siempre atento a cada detalle y muy diligente en todos los procesos, explicando todo con claridad y paciencia. Juan realmente se involucra en ayudar, responde rápido, da seguimiento constante y transmite mucha seguridad durante todo el proceso de leasing. Se nota su experiencia, compromiso y vocación de servicio. Gracias a su apoyo, todo fue mucho más sencillo y sin estrés. Sin duda alguna, lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier persona que esté buscando un consultor serio, responsable y eficiente. Un verdadero profesional y excelente ser humano.

  I was living in this property for 5 year when moved out they took almost all my deposit for damage that belongs to the normal wearing of the appliances some scratchs but in five year never they paint the apartment for example. The service is ok just be careful if you rent here take pictures to everything before moving don't trust just in paper.

  My husband and I are very grateful to the Lord since we moved to Meadow Walk, the office staff Juan, Patricia, the Manager & Teri they're all so helpful professional and kind Juan helped us every step of the way thank you all so much they make you feel like family here we love our small but spacious apartment that has so much light coming in and the community too because it feels safe even at night to go for walks thank you God we feel humbled & happy for being able to call Meadow Walk our new home 🏡🙏👍❣️

  If you want quiet and tranquility don’t come live here. There’s constant noise coming from everywhere. Some cars drag race late at night and no cops in sight. The city lets organizations have loud events that go on either early in the morning or late at night when people are trying to sleep. Also, the lawn care guys come super early in the morning waking people up; it’s truly annoying. The apartment’s & appliances are very old and they do not replace it; don’t be fooled by the photos online that’s not how the apts actually look. The rent price goes up $100 or more every year, and the place is falling apart- a total disaster. The bathrooms have mold and there’s cracks everywhere. The laundry room washers & dryers are very old and not enough to accommodate all the residents. You have to go to the laundromat instead. They are constantly repairing or renovating the outside common areas, but forget to renovate the apartments. The parking lot is not enough for everyone, you have to park across the street. I don’t recommend moving in here. Will be moving out when lease ends.
