Yesterday I visited the apartments with my mom and my boyfriend around 5:25 PM, just before the office was closing at 6 PM. Even though it was late and they were about to close, Maria Ruiz, the Property Manager, welcomed us with such kindness and warmth. Another person mentioned there might not be enough time, but Maria still took the time to show us one of the apartments and explain everything to us without rushing.
Her attitude truly made a difference. She was patient, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell she really cares about the residents and about making people feel comfortable.
The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels very safe. But what really made the experience special was Maria’s incredible customer service.
Because of the way she treated us, we left feeling excited and seriously considering moving here soon. Thank you, Maria, for going above and beyond people like you make a place feel like home before you even move in.

I just moved into Crescent House Apartments, and so far everything has been perfect. It’s very peaceful, I feel safe, and the neighbors are nice and welcoming. The staff in the leasing office are amazing—Patricia, Melissa, and Maria were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and the thoughtful welcome-home gift. Thank you all! I know I’m going to really enjoy living here.

I would like to say that the staff here is AMAZING! Melissa, Patricia, Nancy & Maria are some of the kindest people I have met in this field so far! I am a young first time renter and they were so supportive and helpful during the tour of the community, application process and the approval! I must say I am very satisified with this team and am so excited to be living in this community now.

My experience with talking to Maria which I knew I was going to be denied . I was never told before applying what they will be looking for on my credit at this location. I explain to Maria numerous of time. This knew to me. Help guide me. It was the push back in the uncertain as if I don’t want people like her here.

When I visit New Barn Sheila did the tour she explained everything to a tea. I needed gated community with washer in dryer inside due to it’s just me and my daughter.
Legacy the ladies was great but they had no opening at the time.
I can’t think of the other location. Excellent.
Don’t get me wrong the tour with Melissa at crescent was amazing down to giving me confidence and making sure I secure my place. She even went over and beyond to assist me with getting the answers me and Maria needed before applying. Just because she was new (Maria) who pointed that out. You couldn’t tell.
Going forward. Let people know what they looking for before spending money on an application fee that could’ve went to another location.
Credit doesn’t have no bearings on if you can pay or not. We in Miami with high expectation.
