  Bull Run apartments has been our housing residence for about 3 years. I couldn't ask for a better community. Hallways and facilities are always clean, the maintenance crew is beyond helpful, and not to mention the location... Perfect! Beautiful! Safe!

  We've been living here for two years and we just renewed our lease because the whole family feels very comfortable. The service from all the staff is magnificent and efficient, and the common areas are well-maintained and clean. It's a welcoming environment for any family.

  Desde el año 2006 a la fecha seguimos viviendo en Bull Run. Nos sentimos bien viviendo en esta Comunidad. Es un lugar tranquilo, responsables, seguro ,muy limpio ,manteniento excelente, y se encuentra al centro de Miami Lakes . A sus alrededores se encuentran Tiendas, Restaurantes, gimnasio y áreas para caminar es un lugar con mucho verdor etc. También el personal que lo administra es profesional y de muy buenas relaciones humanas. Actualmente nos sentimos muy contentos por el regreso a la Comunidad La Señora Mariela Gomez Gerente de Fontaine House Apartments, muy eficiente.

  Janelle has made this process so easy. The apartment is exactly what you get and it’s perfect. I had an issue with our wifi power in our unit and on the same day they fixed it no hesitation and constant communication.

  Highly skilled labor shows throughout the entire building. The team was very easy to work with when any changes were needed . Gill and Janille are the best , always there for anything you need! Amazing building and a beautiful place to live and this is my 4th year here .
